Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND SUBLET (RE-RENT): Rental deposits, accidental damage waiver fees, booking fees, and payments are non-refundable. Tenant is required to give written authorization for re-rental. If Agent is able to re-rent the rental unit for the Tenant, a 15% fee of the total rent will be deducted from received payments. The Landlord shall be paid all payments before Tenant is to be paid under re-rental. If the Landlord cannot be paid in full with the money received from the re-rental, the Tenant will add such funds as required to make full payment to the Landlord. Tenant agrees that this Lease may not be assigned or the rental unit sublet without the written consent of the Landlord, which may be withheld for any reason. If such consent is obtained, Tenant may sublet through the Agent for which Tenant will pay a 15% commission for said subletting and cost of cleaning.

Deposit Policy
PAYMENT POLICY: 50% of the total rent plus any service fees are due 10 days after reservation is made. Fees include Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance fee or any other fees associated with this rental including all municipal rental lodging taxes, a non-refundable booking fee, Travel Insurance (if chosen). Service fees and Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance fee shall be due and payable by credit card at the time of reservation on the on-line reservation system. Agent shall be entitled to collect the credit card payment when the Agent confirms the reservation on the on-line reservation system. The balance of the rent is due 45 days prior to check-in, unless otherwise specified. The rent balance may be paid by personal check, credit card, money orders, traveler’s checks, or certified checks. Personal checks will not be an accepted form of payment of the rent balance after 45 days before the check-in date. Mailed payments should be sent to Joe Maggio Realty, Rental Department, 37169 Rehoboth Avenue Unit 11 Rehoboth Beach De 19971.

I’m not sure what these people are unhappy about with this place. It was phenomenal. We had absolutely the best time in this place. It was much larger than we expected. We loved the multiple floors and the spacious living area. Plus the redone bathroom was fabulous. 10/10 would rent again

I liked the apartment. I didn't mind all the steps. They should probably replace the mattresses. Rented a bike during my stay for getting around and very much enjoyed that. Rode it to the state park most days. This was my second visit to Rehoboth. I always enjoy it here. Peaceful place with great shopping and restaurants.

Condo was very nice. Walk or ride a bike everywhere in town. Although I wish I had known you had to climb 3 flights of stairs prior to booking as I'm getting a new knee at the end of the month and it really did a number on me. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed.
