There is so much to love about this one-level, single-family home in the Keys of Marsh Harbor! We continue to keep the house updated with changes each year to enhance the experience of our guests.

Updates in the last few years include:
• 2020 – New full-sized washer and dryer; totally remodeled guest bath with walk-in shower; new barbecue grill and barbecue pad just off the backyard deck; new mattresses for the full-sized bed and the sleeper sofa in the bunkroom; new highly efficient heating and air conditioning system.
• 2019 - A new sectional sofa (with queen-sized sleeper), new fireplace surround in the family room and a new mattress in the master bedroom. The powder room was renovated, including a new vanity, mirror and light fixture. We also installed a tankless water heater, so you will never run out of hot water no matter how many showers you take.
• 2018 - New stainless-steel appliances, flooring, and patio furniture for the backyard deck.

Features of this three-bedroom, 2 ½ bath home include a spacious, open floor plan with plenty of room to watch TV or play games; a cheery sunroom overlooks the deck (with patio furniture) and a pond with a water feature. The large barbecue grill provides plenty of room for your outdoor cooking. The kitchen has granite counter tops with both Kuerig and drip coffee makers and the large laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

In the garage you will find bicycles (with helmets) for five adults and two children, tennis racquets and balls, beach chairs, and a cart to carry all of your stuff to the beach. We even include a parking permit for Rehoboth Beach! There are also games, puzzles, DVDs, books, and toys to keep a family entertained in the home.

The master bedroom and huge master bath are separated from the other two bedrooms. The master includes a king-sized bed, a large-screen TV, a comfy seating area, and a walk-in closet. The master bath provides a soaking tub, large shower, double sinks, and a separate vanity area.

The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and TV. The third bedroom, just a few steps from the second full bath, provides bunk beds (one full and one twin), a twin-sized sleeper sofa, and a TV.

The home is located on the same cul-de-sac as the pool and tennis courts—they are just steps from the front door. Jungle Jim’s Water Park is within walking distance and the beach is a short drive away. You can also walk to the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride), which, for a small fee, will take you to the beach, outlets, and other locations (runs every 15-20 minutes until late evening in the summer).

Also included with rentals is a starter supply of coffee for the Kuerig and drip coffee maker, paper products, laundry supplies, and basic toiletries.

The linens package includes sheets and blankets, and an ample supply of bath and beach towels—we even make the beds before you arrive!

This home is a great place to spend your vacation in Rehoboth Beach!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND SUBLET (RE-RENT): Rental deposits, accidental damage waiver fees, booking fees, and payments are non-refundable. Tenant is required to give written authorization for re-rental. If Agent is able to re-rent the rental unit for the Tenant, a 15% fee of the total rent will be deducted from received payments. The Landlord shall be paid all payments before Tenant is to be paid under re-rental. If the Landlord cannot be paid in full with the money received from the re-rental, the Tenant will add such funds as required to make full payment to the Landlord. Tenant agrees that this Lease may not be assigned or the rental unit sublet without the written consent of the Landlord, which may be withheld for any reason. If such consent is obtained, Tenant may sublet through the Agent for which Tenant will pay a 15% commission for said subletting and cost of cleaning.

Deposit Policy
PAYMENT POLICY: 50% of the total rent plus any service fees are due 10 days after reservation is made. Fees include Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance fee or any other fees associated with this rental including all municipal rental lodging taxes, a non-refundable booking fee, Travel Insurance (if chosen). Service fees and Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance fee shall be due and payable by credit card at the time of reservation on the on-line reservation system. Agent shall be entitled to collect the credit card payment when the Agent confirms the reservation on the on-line reservation system. The balance of the rent is due 45 days prior to check-in, unless otherwise specified. The rent balance may be paid by personal check, credit card, money orders, traveler’s checks, or certified checks. Personal checks will not be an accepted form of payment of the rent balance after 45 days before the check-in date. This is our second year at this property and we've enjoyed the spacious living areas and great location. The house is beautiful with all the amenities! It's close to the beach, outlets and restaurants. You can walk or bike to nearby places or it's short drive. Excellent, clean and tastefully decorated!

The home was very comfortable, clean and spacious with all the amenities! The pool is close by and it's a 10 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend to families visiting the area. We will visit again!

I rented this property recently with my family. We found the home to be very nice and was a great place to stay. The owner has a good attention to detail, making sure everything in the home is clean and new. Televisions in each room, the furniture, grill, dishes even the bedding all appeared to be fairly new. My only complaint is in the description it said the house is just over a mile to the beach. I clocked it in my car as just over 2 miles. That being said, it is still a short ride on bicycles, which the house provided, (five in total) and all in good working shape. This for our family was an added bonus, because we usually spend $200 renting bicycles for a week and these were as good if not better than anything we had rented in the past. The house has a good location with the pool and tennis court steps away, as well as walking distance to Jungle Jims water park. It is on the wrong side of route 1 for the beach, but using the crossing signals to cross the busy road was a minor inconvenience. We have rented many houses in different places over the years, and we were quite pleased with this house, and would recommend it.
