Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND SUBLET (RE-RENT): Rental deposits, accidental damage waiver fees, booking fees, and payments are non-refundable. Tenant is required to give written authorization for re-rental. If Agent is able to re-rent the rental unit for the Tenant, a 15% fee of the total rent will be deducted from received payments. The Landlord shall be paid all payments before Tenant is to be paid under re-rental. If the Landlord cannot be paid in full with the money received from the re-rental, the Tenant will add such funds as required to make full payment to the Landlord. Tenant agrees that this Lease may not be assigned or the rental unit sublet without the written consent of the Landlord, which may be withheld for any reason. If such consent is obtained, Tenant may sublet through the Agent for which Tenant will pay a 15% commission for said subletting and cost of cleaning.

Deposit Policy
PAYMENT POLICY: 50% of the total rent plus any service fees are due 10 days after reservation is made. Fees include Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance fee or any other fees associated with this rental including all municipal rental lodging taxes, a non-refundable booking fee, Travel Insurance (if chosen). Service fees and Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance fee shall be due and payable by credit card at the time of reservation on the on-line reservation system. Agent shall be entitled to collect the credit card payment when the Agent confirms the reservation on the on-line reservation system. The balance of the rent is due 45 days prior to check-in, unless otherwise specified. The rent balance may be paid by personal check, credit card, money orders, traveler’s checks, or certified checks. Personal checks will not be an accepted form of payment of the rent balance after 45 days before the check-in date. Mailed payments should made payable to: JMR Brokerage, and sent to Delaware Rentals, JMR Brokerage, Keller Williams Building, 37169 Rehoboth Avenue, Unit 11, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.

This is a very spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. It is not updated, but we were not there for the home but for the proximity to the beach, which was awesome. We took the trolley, which was fun in and of itself, takes 10 min to get there and 35 to get back. The beach was amazing. We had one parking pass, which was helpful for parking near the beach. They do not offer any beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc so expect to bring all that with you. Also, you have to pick up/ drop off the keys in Rehobeth Beach, so plan extra time for that. Overall a great trip, would definitely recommend for a larger group given the price point.

This was a wonderful space ! More open and sunny and bright than the pictures showed, a well stocked kitchen, love hardwood floors at the beach. Also neat to have the Bethany trolley nearby if you don’t want to drive to beach. Loved it. Thank you Joe Maggio Realty !!

The Windjammer is a great place to stay. It's located close to the beach and right on the Bethany trolly line (5 minutes to the beach, 30 minutes from beach back to house). There is a community pool that has lots of tables and chairs. The house itself is nicely sized--our party of 7 included young children, grandparents and teenager. We had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials so we cooked rather than ate out. The outside shower is very convenient for coming back covered in sand and keeping sand out of the house. There are plenty of extra blankets too. The house was spotless when we arrived. Book this place!

Overall the house is Ok for a beach rental since you'll be out most of the time. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Outside shower is nice. If you need high speed internet the provided wireless DSL just doesn't cut it. Beach is within walking distance, 1.3 miles.

The house is very spacious, clean and family friendly. The common areas are very big and kid friendly, there are 2 independent areas for sleeping: two bedrooms (4 beds in total) in the west side and two bedrooms on the east side with their own full bathroom. This made it extremely convenient for extended families or two couples with kids to share the house. We spent a wonderful time in the front porch and in the nearby facilities; 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and gym available within walking distance for a very limited fee made a great difference for children when comparing with other hosting options. The local trolley passes in front of the house -great attraction for kids- and helps avoid daily parking payment closer to the beach. The outdoors shower was great for after-beach. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back. The only "but" was a very poor wifi connection; which we hope can be solved easily!
