Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private bath, and nice flat screen TV. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen TV, Den has a trundle bed with flat screen TV a hall bath. The living room has a queen pull out sofa.
The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with additional seating for 2.
Owners and guests have exclusive access to a half mile of private, guarded beach with beach chair and umbrella service provided (for a fee). Additionally, there are 12 swimming pools (two indoor), 34 indoor and outdoor tennis courts, world-class tennis facilities and instructors, and two fitness centers including the Freeman Fitness Center (west side) which offers a 25-yard lap and recreational indoor pool as well as a variety of programs for kids and adults including Zumba classes, spin classes and open gym. This is a Saturday to Saturday property.
Sea Colony is a beautifully landscaped community with 24-hour security, walking trails, ponds, and community shuttle service.
Downtown Bethany Beach is within walking distance and includes quaint shops, outstanding restaurants, convenience and sundries stores and its bandstand with entertainment all summer long.
Delaware Seashore State Park is just to the north and Fenwick Island State Park is to the south, both just a 5 minute car ride away. Beyond the Delaware Seashore State Park is Dewey Beach/Rehoboth which provides outstanding night life, dining and famous outlet shopping. Just below Fenwick Island is Ocean City, MD that provides night life for any and every taste and a famous boardwalk with rides for the kids.
Also within a few minutes of the resort are championship golf courses, biking, camping, and numerous sports activities including fishing, wind surfing, kayaking, and boating.

Great location but condo is in need of updates

The location was great as Sea Colony always is. Unit is on 2nd floor which is also good because elevators are heavily used. Slightly disappointed in the condo itself. Needs updating. Could also have been cleaner when checked in. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and that's pretty much it. No useful amenities in the unit. I would spend a little more money next time to get a nicer unit.
We are dedicated to the satisfaction of all of our guests. We do apologize that this rental did not meet your expectations. Had we known there was an issue(s), we would have handled it immediately. We do hope you will consider using us again next year as we hope to make your vacation experience an exceptional one.
