Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND SUBLET (RE-RENT): Rental deposits, accidental damage waiver fees, booking fees, and payments are non-refundable. Tenant is required to give written authorization for re-rental. If Agent is able to re-rent the rental unit for the Tenant, a 15% fee of the total rent will be deducted from received payments. The Landlord shall be paid all payments before Tenant is to be paid under re-rental. If the Landlord cannot be paid in full with the money received from the re-rental, the Tenant will add such funds as required to make full payment to the Landlord. Tenant agrees that this Lease may not be assigned or the rental unit sublet without the written consent of the Landlord, which may be withheld for any reason. If such consent is obtained, Tenant may sublet through the Agent for which Tenant will pay a 15% commission for said subletting and cost of cleaning.

Deposit Policy
PAYMENT POLICY: 50% of the total rent plus any service fees are due 10 days after reservation is made. Fees include Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance fee or any other fees associated with this rental including all municipal rental lodging taxes, a non-refundable booking fee, Travel Insurance (if chosen). Service fees and Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance fee shall be due and payable by credit card at the time of reservation on the on-line reservation system. Agent shall be entitled to collect the credit card payment when the Agent confirms the reservation on the on-line reservation system. The balance of the rent is due 45 days prior to check-in, unless otherwise specified. The rent balance may be paid by personal check, credit card, money orders, traveler’s checks, or certified checks. Personal checks will not be an accepted form of payment of the rent balance after 45 days before the check-in date. Mailed payments should made payable to: JMR Brokerage, and sent to Delaware Rentals, JMR Brokerage, Keller Williams Building, 37169 Rehoboth Avenue, Unit 11, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.

This is a great house and a wonderful location. The neighborhood is amazing.

The house is spacious and was accommodating for seven adults and five children staying there for a week. The kitchen was well stocked for DIY meal prep and cooking. We appreciated that.

The host was slow/inconsistent to respond via the Airbnb app for correspondences. The windows on the third floor bedrooms let in a lot of light. May want to bring some extra blankets or towels to cover them up if you have small children taking naps in there during the day.

The house has great value and was a really good rental. would go again!

The house at 204 Stockley St, Rehoboth Beach, De. was an excellent place for our family beach vacation. The location was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet with easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The house has 5 bedrooms and three main full bathrooms. Cooking and eating dinners were easy.

We stayed over memorial day and the house is in a great location, walking distance to downtown and the beach. It was clean and updated and plenty of space for us 4 couples. Only downside was no bathtub for the kids, but we made do. Would definitely rent this house again!

This house was beautiful and the location was amazing. Not only is it within walking distance to the beach and downtown but there is also a park 1.5 blocks away. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this location was. We would rent again in a heartbeat. The decoration in the home and accommodations were fantastic. Dont forget your sheets, pillowcases and towels though!! Would reccomend to anyone 100%. Plenty of parking and just a great place altogether. Thank you for having us!

This property was perfect for our large family. The house was in excellent condition, and had 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Large backyard with plenty of outdoor furniture. Short walk to the beach. There is absolutely nothing negative anyone could ever say about this beautiful home.

This was our first vacation in Rehobeth Beach, and this home was PERFECT. This spacious home is IMMACULATE and very accommodating for adults and children. Every room is well-appointed, and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. 204 Stockley Street provides the setting for a SPECIAL vacation.

In addition, it is conveniently located. We enjoyed swimming at the beach, shopping, walking to shops and restaurants, and relaxing with family in this comfortable home. For each of us, these memories will last our lifetime.

The home was lovely. Everything you could need in the kitchen, good location, awesome yard space with top quality gas grill. You definitely need a beach wagon for the walk but it's not bad. Lots of great board games and starter supply of all necessities. Great parking.
